These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KodeBunny, an online learning platform operated by Cloud2Ops ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at this website and its subdomains. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
KodeBunny provides self-paced, text-and-practice-based technical courses (DevOps, cloud, and scripting topics) that include reading material and a sandboxed browser terminal for hands-on practice. Courses are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase — there is no physical shipment.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, sharing of paid content, or violation of these Terms.
Paid topics are billed once, per topic, in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card or payment credentials. Prices may include GST where applicable, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Once purchased, a topic remains accessible to your account for as long as KodeBunny operates, subject to these Terms. We don't impose additional time-limited renewal fees to keep access to content you've already bought.

All course content, text, and platform code are owned by Cloud2Ops or its licensors. Purchasing a topic grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own learning — it does not transfer ownership or any right to redistribute it.
Course content is provided for educational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we don't guarantee specific career or certification outcomes from completing a course.
To the extent permitted by law, Cloud2Ops is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant topic.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
