This Privacy Policy explains how KodeBunny, operated by Cloud2Ops ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Usage data — lessons viewed, progress, streaks, and terminal command activity within course sandboxes, used to power your dashboard and progress tracking.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide access to purchased courses and track your learning progress.
- To send account-related emails (enrollment confirmations, password resets) and, if you opt in, product updates.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized account sharing.
- To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
3. Sharing Your Information
We don't sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Razorpay, to process payments securely.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly to operate the platform.
- Authorities, where required by law.
4. Data Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Payment details are never handled or stored on our servers — Razorpay handles this per their own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We restrict internal access to personal data to what's operationally necessary.
5. Your Choices
- You can update your profile information at any time from Account Settings.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us — see below.
- You can opt out of non-essential emails from your notification preferences.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your session. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Children's Privacy
KodeBunny is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
